I hope this picture speaks for itself. Did you even know such a thing existed? The recipe comes together easily and I usually take a day every month-and-a-half or so to make 8 loaves. The recipe doubles so I make 4 double batches. To freeze, store it as directed below and place bags in freezer. I baked the three loaves in one oven with the pans spaced evenly. A handheld mixer will also work. Add almond butter, butternut squash, apple cider vinegar, honey and olive oil. Beat well. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, salt and baking soda. Add to wet ingredients and mix until incorporated.

Do you think it would work if I made a recipe and a half, so as to fill up the pan? It is a real hit here. Slice and Enjoy! Wrap it in a towel to keep it from getting hard, but that’s it! Another reader suggested macadamia nuts, and I think that could make for a nice substitution since it’s a nice and creamy nut. I am excited to make many variations of it for all seasons. No back to eating this delicious square.
